Kabataan is Filipino for "youth." The program teaches young people in the Philippines the digital and AI-literacy skills that run the business itself — funded from platform revenue rather than grants or external donors.

Why it's built this way. Grant-funded programs live and die by the grant cycle. Tying youth development directly to revenue means the program's stability is the business's stability — one incentive, not two competing ones.

How outcomes are measured. Not by hours delivered or students enrolled, but by what changes afterward: certifications earned, first jobs secured, income a year on. The numbers track outcomes, not activity.
