What it is
A ninety-day operating programme. You bring a real business problem. Each module ends in something implemented — not understood, implemented. Progress is reviewed against a baseline taken in week one.
What it is not
It is not a course you can pass by watching. It is not consulting — nobody does the work for you. There is no certificate for attendance, because attendance is not the outcome.
Commitment
Leadership participates. Not a delegate.
Homework
Mandatory. Implementation between sessions.
Measurement
Baseline in week one. Reviewed at ninety days.

By application. Cohorts are deliberately small.
